  4. To view an existing proposal, select the “View Proposal” option from the main menu. 
  5. Select the desired proposal from the list of available proposals. 
  6. To assign a proposal to a business partner, select the “Assign Proposal” option from the main menu. 
  7. Select the desired business partner from the list of available business partners. 
  8. Select the “Save” button to save the assignment. 
  9. To view the status of a proposal, select the “View Status” option from the main menu. 
  10. Select the desired proposal from the list of available proposals and view its status in detail. 
  11. To assign a proposal to a user or group, select the “Assign User/Group” option from the main menu. 
  12. Select the desired user or group from the list of available users or groups and assign them to the proposal. 
  13. Select the “Save” button to save the assignment. 
  14. To delete a proposal, select the “Delete Proposal” option from the main menu and select the desired proposal from the list of available proposals. 
  15. Select the “Delete” button to delete it permanently from SAP system records.
