  1. Log into SAP and enter the transaction code CRMC_MKTPL in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Customizing” tab in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. 
  3. Select “Marketing Plan/Campaign Management” from the list of options on the left side of the screen. 
  4. Select “Define Target Groups” from the list of options on the right side of the screen. 
  5. Enter the desired settings for target groups and click “Save” when finished. 
  6. Select “Set Up Campaign Activities” from the list of options on the right side of the screen. 
  7. Enter the desired settings for campaign activities and click “Save” when finished. 
  8. Select “Create Campaign Documents” from the list of options on the right side of the screen.
