  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  
  1. Enter transaction code CPP6N in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the name of the assessment cycle and select “Create” again. 
  4. Enter the start date and end date for the assessment cycle. 
  5. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  6. Select “Execute” to start the assessment cycle. 
  7. The system will display a list of all activities that are part of the assessment cycle, along with their planned and actual costs. 
  8. Compare the planned and actual costs for each activity and take corrective action if necessary. 
  9. Select “Save” to save your changes and close the assessment
