  1. Enter the transaction code CO06 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Backorder” tab. 
  3. Select the “Create” button to create a new backorder. 
  4. Enter the item number, quantity, and delivery date for the backorder. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the backorder. 
  6. To view an existing backorder, select the “Display” button and enter the item number or delivery date for the backorder you wish to view. 
  7. To modify an existing backorder, select the “Change” button and enter the item number or delivery date for the backorder you wish to modify. 
  8. Enter any changes you wish to make and select “Save” to save your changes.
