  1. Enter the transaction code CNVMBTNOTETEMPL in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new note template. 
  3. Enter the required information such as the template name, description, and text. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the template. 
  5. To edit an existing template, select it from the list and then select the “Edit” button. 
  6. Make the necessary changes and then select the “Save” button to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing template, select it from the list and then select the “Delete” button.
