  Overview: 
  SAP transaction code CNS51 is used to manage the PRTs (Product Resources and Tools) in the SAP system. It is used to create, change, and delete PRTs. It also allows users to view the details of existing PRTs. 
  
  Functionality: 
  CNS51 enables users to manage the PRTs in the SAP system. It allows users to create, change, and delete PRTs. It also allows users to view the details of existing PRTs. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access the CNS51 transaction code, enter “CNS51” in the command field on the SAP Easy Access screen. 
  2. The initial screen will display a list of existing PRTs. 
  3. To create a new PRT, click on the “Create” button at the top of the screen. 
  4. Enter the required information for the new PRT and click “Save” when finished. 
  5. To change an existing PRT, select it from the list and click on the “Change” button at the top of the screen. 
  6. Enter any changes and click “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete an existing PRT, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the PRT and click “Yes” when prompted. 
  9. To view details of an existing PRT, select it from the list and click on the “Display” button at the top of the screen. 
  10. The details of the selected PRT will be displayed on a new screen.

  It is recommended that users familiarize themselves with all of the features available in CNS51 before using it to manage their PRTs in SAP. Additionally, users should always back up their data before making any changes or deletions in CNS51 to ensure that no data is lost if something goes wrong during a transaction.
