  Overview: 
  CMS_WB is an SAP transaction code used to access the CMS Workbench. The CMS Workbench is a tool used to manage content in the SAP Content Management System (CMS). It provides users with a graphical user interface (GUI) to manage content, such as documents, images, and videos. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The CMS Workbench allows users to create, edit, and delete content stored in the CMS. It also provides users with the ability to search for content, view content details, and manage access rights. Additionally, it allows users to create and manage folders and categories for organizing content. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CMS_WB in the command field of the SAP GUI. 
  2. The CMS Workbench will open in a new window. 
  3. Use the navigation tree on the left side of the window to browse through folders and categories. 
  4. Select a folder or category to view its contents. 
  5. Use the toolbar at the top of the window to create, edit, delete, or search for content. 
  6. To manage access rights for a folder or category, select it and click on the “Access Rights” button in the toolbar. 
  7. To create a new folder or category, click on the “New Folder” or “New Category” button in the toolbar. 
  8. When you are finished using the CMS Workbench, click on the “Close”
