    5. Use the toolbar at the top of the window to create, edit, delete, or search for content. 
    6. To manage access rights for a folder or category, select it and click on the “Access Rights” button in the toolbar. 
    7. To create a new folder or category, click on the “New Folder” or “New Category” button in the toolbar. 
    8. When you are finished using the CMS Workbench, click on the “Close” button in the toolbar to close it.
