  Overview:
  CGVERSION is an SAP transaction code used in the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) module. It is used to manage product information versions. This includes creating, changing, and displaying product information versions. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The CGVERSION transaction code allows users to create, change, and display product information versions. This includes version numbers, descriptions, and other related information. It also allows users to assign a version number to a product and to view the history of changes made to the product information. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the CGVERSION transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the version number and description for the product information version you are creating. 
  4. Select “Save” to save your changes. 
  5. To change an existing product information version, select the “Change” option from the menu bar and enter the new version number and description for the product information version you are changing. 
  6. To view a history of changes made to a product information version, select the “Display” option from the menu bar and enter the version number of the product information version you want to view. 
  7. Select “Execute” to view the history of changes made to the product information version.
