  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code CGA7 is used to maintain component categories in the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) module. This transaction code is used to create, change, or delete component categories in the EHS module. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The CGA7 transaction code allows users to maintain component categories in the EHS module. This includes creating new categories, changing existing categories, and deleting categories that are no longer needed. The component categories are used to classify hazardous materials and substances in the EHS module. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code CGA7 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new component category. 
  3. Enter a name for the new category and select “Save”. 
  4. To change an existing category, select the “Change” button and enter the name of the category you wish to change. 
  5. Make any necessary changes and select “Save” when finished. 
  6. To delete a category, select the “Delete” button and enter the name of the category you wish to delete. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm deletion of the category.

  It is important to note that deleting a component category will also delete any hazardous materials or substances associated with that category. Therefore, it is recommended that users exercise caution when deleting component categories in order to avoid inadvertently deleting important data from
