  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code CBP5 is used to display the external planning log for sales and operations planning (SOP). This log contains information about the planning runs that have been performed in the system.

This log contains information about the planning runs that have been performed in the system, such as the date and time of the run, the user who initiated it, and any errors that occurred during the run.   Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code CBP5 in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select “Display” from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter a date range for which you want to view the external planning log. 
  4. Click “Execute” to view the log. 
  5. The log will be displayed in a table format with columns for date/time, user, and errors (if any). 
  6. To view more detailed information about a particular run, select it from the list and click “Details”. 
  7. The detailed information will be displayed in a separate window.
