  Overview:
  CBIHT4 is an SAP transaction code used to access the RFC - PB20 Applicant Master Data function in the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) module. This function allows users to view and manage applicant master data in the system.

  The RFC - PB20 Applicant Master Data function enables users to view and manage applicant master data in the system. This includes creating, editing, and deleting applicant records, as well as viewing and printing applicant information. The function also allows users to search for applicants by name or ID number. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To access the RFC - PB20 Applicant Master Data function, enter transaction code CBIHT4 in the SAP command field. 
  2. The Applicant Master Data screen will appear. Here, you can create, edit, and delete applicant records, as well as view and print applicant information. 
  3. To search for an applicant by name or ID number, enter the relevant information in the search fields at the top of the screen. 
  4. Once you have found the desired applicant record, you can view and edit it as needed. 
  5. When you are finished making changes, click “Save” to save your changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
