  Step-by-Step How to Use 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter the transaction code CATI - CATS Cross-Application Time Sheet Interface in the command field. 
  3. Enter the employee’s name or ID number in the search field. 
  4. Select the employee’s time sheet from the list of available time sheets. 
  5. Enter the employee’s working hours, overtime, and absences in the appropriate fields. 
  6. Save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page. 
  7. To transfer data between different applications, select “Transfer Data” from the menu bar at the top of the page. 
  8. Select the application you wish to transfer data to from the list of available applications.
