  3. Select the type of correspondence you want to view (e.g., emails, letters, etc.). 
  4. Click on Execute to view the correspondence history for that customer or vendor. 
  5. The correspondence history will be displayed in a table format with information about the sender and recipient, as well as the date it was sent or received.
