  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the CACS_APPL_41 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. The V_REM_FORM_TYPE_01 form will appear. 
  3. To create a new form type, click on the “Create” button in the toolbar. 
  4. Enter the necessary information for the new form type and click “Save”. 
  5. To edit an existing form type, select it from the list and click on the “Edit” button in the toolbar. 
  6. Make any necessary changes and click “Save”. 
  7. To delete a form type, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button in the toolbar. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the form type by clicking “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
