  Overview: 
  CACSRO4 is an SAP transaction code used to display retention rules in the SAP system. It is used to view the retention rules that have been set up in the system and to check the validity of the rules. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The CACSRO4 transaction code allows users to view the retention rules that have been set up in the system. It also allows users to check the validity of the rules, as well as to view any changes that have been made to them. The transaction code also allows users to view the details of each rule, such as its name, description, and expiration date. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code CACSRO4 into the command field. 
  2. The Retention Rules screen will appear. 
  3. Select a rule from the list of available rules and click on it. 
  4. The details of the selected rule will be displayed, including its name, description, and expiration date. 
  5. To check the validity of a rule, click on the “Validity” tab at the top of the screen. 
  6. The validity of the rule will be displayed in a table format. 
  7. To view any changes that have been made to a rule, click on the “Changes” tab at the top of the screen. 
  8. The changes that have been made to a rule will be displayed
