    1. Enter transaction code CACSRO4 into the command field. 
    2. The Retention Rules screen will appear.

    4. The details of the selected rule will be displayed, including its name, description, and expiration date. 
    5. To check the validity of a rule, click on the “Validity” tab at the top of the screen. 
    6. The validity of the rule will be displayed in a table format. 
    7. To view any changes that have been made to a rule, click on the “Changes” tab at the top of the screen. 
    8. The changes that have been made to a rule will be displayed in a table format. 
    9. To exit out of this transaction code, click on “Back” at the top of the screen or press F3 on your keyboard.
