  1. Enter the transaction code CACSMD514 in the command field. 
  2. Select the document type you wish to delete from the drop-down menu. 
  3. Enter the document number you wish to delete in the Document Number field. 
  4. Click on Execute (F8). 
  5. Confirm that you want to delete the document by clicking Yes in the confirmation window. 
  6. The document will be deleted from the system and a confirmation message will appear on screen.

  It is important to note that once a document has been deleted using this transaction code, it cannot be recovered. Therefore, it is recommended that users exercise caution when using this transaction code and only delete documents that are no longer needed or have been created in error.
