The date event can be set up to run once or on a recurring basis. It can also be set up to run at a specific time of day or on a specific day of the week. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code BWP1 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the name of the date event in the “Name” field. 
  3. Select the type of date event from the drop-down menu (e.g., one-time, recurring, etc.). 
  4. Enter the start and end dates for the date event in the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields, respectively. 
  5. Select the time of day for the date event from the drop-down menu (e.g., 1200 AM, 1200 PM, etc.). 
  6. Select the day of the week for the date event from the drop-down menu (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, etc.). 
  7. Enter any additional information about the date event in the “Notes” field (optional). 
  8. Click “Save” to save your changes
