  1. Enter the BUBZ transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option to create a new external application for a business partner. 
  3. Enter the required information such as the application name, description, and status. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new application. 
  5. To view an existing application, select the “Display” option and enter the application name or ID. 
  6. To maintain an existing application, select the “Change” option and enter the application name or ID. 
  7. Enter any changes that need to be made and select “Save” to save them. 
  8. To assign an external application to a business partner, select the “Assign” option and enter the business partner ID and application name or ID. 
  9. Select “Save” to save the assignment. 
  10. To view the status of an external application, select the “Status” option and enter the application name or ID.
