  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code BUBN is used to maintain field groups in the BuPR (Business Partner) application. Field groups are used to group fields together in order to simplify the maintenance of data. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The BUBN transaction code allows users to create, edit, and delete field groups in the BuPR application. It also allows users to assign fields to a field group and to assign a field group to a business partner role. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the BUBN transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new field group and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Assign Fields” option from the menu bar. 
  5. Select the fields that you want to assign to the field group and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Assign Field Group” option from the menu bar. 
  7. Select the business partner role that you want to assign the field group to and select “Save”. 
  8. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of BUBN transaction code.
