  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code BUA3 is used to display contact persons in the SAP system. It is a part of the Business Address Services (BAS) module and is used to view and maintain contact information for customers, vendors, and other business partners. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The BUA3 transaction code allows users to view contact information such as name, address, phone number, email address, and other relevant data. It also allows users to create new contact persons or edit existing ones. Additionally, it can be used to assign contact persons to specific business partners or customers. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code BUA3 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the name of the business partner or customer for which you want to view or edit contact information. 
  3. Select the “Display” option to view existing contact information or “Create” to create a new contact person. 
  4. If creating a new contact person, enter all relevant information such as name, address, phone number, etc. 
  5. Select “Save” to save the changes or “Cancel” to discard them. 
  6. To assign a contact person to a business partner or customer, select the “Assign” option and enter the relevant details. 
  7. Select “Save” to save the changes or “Cancel” to discard them.
