  Overview: 
  BSP_CRMD_CLMANAGEMNT is a SAP transaction code used for Call List Management. It is part of the CRM module (Customer Relationship Management) and is used to manage customer call lists. 
  
  Functionality: 
  This transaction code allows users to create, edit, and delete call lists. It also allows users to assign call lists to sales representatives and view the status of each call list. Additionally, it provides users with the ability to view customer information associated with each call list. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. To create a new call list, select the “Create” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  2. Enter the name of the call list and select “Save”. 
  3. To add customers to the call list, select “Add Customers” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  4. Select the customers you would like to add and click “Save”. 
  5. To assign a sales representative to a call list, select “Assign Sales Representative” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  6. Select a sales representative from the drop-down menu and click “Save”. 
  7. To view customer information associated with a call list, select “View Customer Information” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  8. Select a customer from the list and click “View Details” to view their information.
