  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code BMAA is used to manage batch archiving runs. It allows users to view, create, and delete archiving runs. This transaction code is part of the ArchiveLink functionality, which enables users to store documents in an external archive system. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The BMAA transaction code provides users with the ability to view, create, and delete archiving runs. It also allows users to view the status of an archiving run and the documents that have been archived. Additionally, users can use this transaction code to view the log of an archiving run and to delete archived documents. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code BMAA in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Archiving Runs” tab. 
  3. To view an existing archiving run, select it from the list and click “Display”. 
  4. To create a new archiving run, click “Create” and enter the necessary information. 
  5. To delete an existing archiving run, select it from the list and click “Delete”. 
  6. To view the status of an archiving run, select it from the list and click “Status”. 
  7. To view the log of an archiving run, select it from the list and click “Log”. 
  8. To delete archived documents, select them from the list and click “Delete”.
