  Overview: 
  BG00 is a transaction code used in SAP to maintain number ranges for document numbers. It is used to create, change, and delete number ranges for documents such as invoices, orders, and delivery notes. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The BG00 transaction code allows users to maintain number ranges for documents in the system. This includes creating new number ranges, changing existing ones, and deleting obsolete ones. The number ranges are stored in the BGMK_NR table and can be used to assign unique numbers to documents. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code BG00 in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new number range. 
  3. Enter the name of the number range and select the “Save” button. 
  4. Enter the start and end numbers for the range and select the “Save” button. 
  5. Select the “Activate” button to activate the number range. 
  6. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen. 
  7. To change an existing number range, select it from the list and select the “Change” button. 
  8. Make any necessary changes and select the “Save” button. 
  9. To delete an existing number range, select it from the list and select the “Delete” button. 
  10. Confirm that you want to delete the number range by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears. 
  11. Select the “Back” button
