  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code BDXA is used to distribute distribution groups in the SAP system. It is a part of the Distribution Management (DM) module and is used to manage the distribution of documents and messages within an organization.

  BDXA allows users to create, maintain, and delete distribution groups. It also allows users to assign users to the groups, as well as assign documents and messages to the groups. This transaction code is used to ensure that documents and messages are distributed to the right people in an organization. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code BDXA in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the distribution group and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Assign Users” from the menu bar. 
  5. Select the users you want to assign to the group and select “Save”. 
  6. Select “Assign Documents/Messages” from the menu bar. 
  7. Select the documents/messages you want to assign to the group and select “Save”. 
  8. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate the distribution group.
