  Overview:
  BC425_24 is a SAP transaction code used to create a new cost center in the SAP system. It is part of the Controlling (CO) module and is used to create cost centers in the Controlling area.

It also allows users to assign a controlling area to the cost center, as well as assign a cost center group and cost element group.
