  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code BC05 is used to group employees in the Business Partner (BP) module. This code allows users to create and maintain employee groups, which can be used for various purposes such as assigning roles and responsibilities, or for reporting purposes. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The BC05 transaction code enables users to create and maintain employee groups in the BP module. This includes creating new groups, editing existing groups, and deleting groups. It also allows users to assign employees to specific groups, as well as assign roles and responsibilities to each group. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the BC05 transaction code in the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new group in the “Group Name” field. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new group. 
  5. To add employees to the group, select the “Assign Employees” option from the menu bar. 
  6. Select the employees you want to add to the group and click “Save”. 
  7. To assign roles and responsibilities to each group, select the “Assign Roles” option from the menu bar. 
  8. Select a role for each employee in the group and click “Save”. 
  9. To edit an existing group, select it from the list of groups and click “Edit” from the menu bar.
