  4. Enter the service entry date in the Service Entry Date field. 
  5. Enter the service entry description in the Service Entry Description field. 
  6. Enter the quantity of services provided in the Quantity field. 
  7. Enter the unit price of each service in the Unit Price field. 
  8. Click “Save” to save your changes and create a new service entry for a component.
