  1. Enter the transaction code AS_AFB into the command field in the SAP system. 
  2. The Archive File Browser will open up in a new window.

  4. Select a file from the list of results or from an archive folder to view its details. 
  5. To delete or restore a file, select it and click on either the “Delete” or “Restore” button at the bottom of the window. 
  6. To create a new archive, click on the “Create Archive” button at the top of the window and enter a name for your new archive. 
  7. To add files to an existing archive, select it from the navigation tree and click on the “Add Files” button at the bottom of the window. 
  8. When you are finished, click on “Save” at the top of the window to save your changes.
