  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code APPDISPLAY in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Display Appraisal Document” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number in the “Personnel Number” field. 
  4. Select the “Execute” button to view the appraisal document for that employee. 
  5. To edit or create a new appraisal document, select the “Create/Change Appraisal Document” option from the menu. 
  6. Enter the necessary information in the fields provided and select “Save” when finished. 
  7. To delete an appraisal document, select the “Delete Appraisal Document” option from the menu and enter the personnel number of the employee whose document you wish to delete. 
  8. Select “Execute” to delete the document.
