  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code AD3V in the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new version type or text. 
  3. Enter the required information for the new version type or text. 
  4. Select the “Save” button to save the new version type or text. 
  5. Select the “Change” button to change an existing version type or text. 
  6. Enter the required information for the existing version type or text. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save the changes made to the existing version type or text. 
  8. Select the “Delete” button to delete an existing version type or text. 
  9. Confirm that you want to delete the existing version type or text by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears
