  Overview:
  The SAP transaction code WOTB4 is used to reorganize budgets in the Overhead Cost Controlling (OTB) module. This code allows users to adjust the budget structure of an overhead cost center, and to transfer budget amounts from one cost center to another.

  The WOTB4 transaction code enables users to reorganize budgets in the OTB module. This includes adjusting the budget structure of an overhead cost center, and transferring budget amounts from one cost center to another. The code also allows users to delete existing budget structures, and create new ones. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the WOTB4 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select the “Reorganize Budgets” option from the menu. 
  3. Select the overhead cost center whose budget you want to reorganize. 
  4. Select the “Transfer Budget Amounts” option if you want to transfer budget amounts from one cost center to another. 
  5. Enter the source and target cost centers, and specify the amount you want to transfer. 
  6. Select the “Delete Budget Structure” option if you want to delete an existing budget structure. 
  7. Select the “Create Budget Structure” option if you want to create a new budget structure for an overhead cost center. 
  8. Enter the necessary details for creating a new budget structure, such as budget type, periodicity, and amount. 
  9. Confirm your entries by selecting “Save”
