  1. Enter transaction code WA53 in the command field. 
  2. Select the fields that will be used to filter the material master records. 
  3. Set the values for each of the selected fields. 
  4. Click “Save” to save the selection variant. 
  5. Enter transaction code MM03 and select the selection variant created in step 4. 
  6. The material master records that meet the criteria set in the selection variant will be displayed.
