  Overview: 
  The SAP transaction code VTRK is used to track goods receipts in the SAP system. It is a part of the Materials Management (MM) module and is used to monitor the movement of goods from the supplier to the warehouse. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The VTRK transaction code allows users to track goods receipts in real-time. It provides information on the status of goods, such as when they were received, where they are located, and who is responsible for them. This information can be used to ensure that goods are delivered on time and that they are stored in the correct location. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the VTRK transaction code into the SAP system. 
  2. Enter the material number or document number of the goods receipt you wish to track. 
  3. The system will display a list of all goods receipts related to that material or document number. 
  4. Select the goods receipt you wish to track and click “Display”. 
  5. The system will display detailed information about the goods receipt, including its status, location, and responsible person. 
  6. To update the status of a goods receipt, click “Change” and enter the new status information. 
  7. Click “Save” to save your changes.
