  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code VKA4 in the command field of the SAP system.

  3. Enter the relevant details for the agreement you are archiving, such as customer name, date, and other relevant information. 
  4. Click “Archive” to save the agreement in the system. 
  5. To retrieve an archived agreement, enter the transaction code VKA4 again and select “Retrieve” from the list of available options. 
  6. Enter the relevant details for the agreement you are retrieving and click “Retrieve” to view it in the system. 
  7. To delete or modify an archived agreement, enter the transaction code VKA4 again and select “Delete” or “Modify” from the list
