  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the S_KPH_31000469 transaction code into the SAP command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter the required information for the knowledge provider. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the changes. 
  5. Select “Edit” from the menu bar to edit an existing knowledge provider. 
  6. Enter the required information for the knowledge provider and select “Save” to save the changes. 
  7. Select “Delete” from the menu bar to delete an existing knowledge provider.
