  7. Define an interval for the number range by selecting “Define Interval” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  8. Enter an interval value and select “Save”. 
  9. To define a number range for a personnel subarea, select “Define Number Range for Personnel Subarea” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  10. Enter a name for the number range and select “Create”. 
  11. Assign a personnel subarea to a personnel area by selecting “Assign Personnel Subarea” from the menu on the left side of the screen. 
  12. Select a personnel subarea from the list and select “Save”. 
  13. Exit out of IMG Activity OHANUM03 by selecting “Back” or pressing F3 on your keyboard multiple times until you are back at your SAP home screen.
