  The SAP transaction code SP02 is used to display spool requests. Spool requests are documents that are created when a user prints a document from an SAP system. The SP02 transaction code allows users to view, manage, and delete spool requests.

  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the SP02 transaction code in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Spool Requests” option from the menu that appears. 
  3. Select the “Display” option from the menu that appears. 
  4. Enter the name of the spool request you wish to view in the “Spool Request Name” field. 
  5. Select the “Execute” button to view the spool request. 
  6. To manage or delete a spool request, select the “Change” or “Delete” option from the menu that appears after selecting a spool request. 
  7. Select the “Save” button to save any changes made to a spool request or select the “Cancel” button to discard any changes made to a spool
