  Overview: 
  SOY5 is a transaction code used in SAP to access the SAPoffice Inbox. This Inbox is a central repository for all incoming and outgoing documents sent via SAPoffice. It allows users to view, manage, and process documents quickly and efficiently. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The SAPoffice Inbox provides users with an overview of all documents sent and received via SAPoffice. It allows users to view the status of each document, such as whether it has been read or not, and to quickly access the document itself. The Inbox also allows users to filter documents by sender, recipient, or subject. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SOY5 in the command field. 
  2. The SAPoffice Inbox will open up in a new window. 
  3. To view a document, select it from the list of documents in the Inbox. 
  4. To filter documents, use the drop-down menus at the top of the window to select a sender, recipient, or subject. 
  5. To process a document, select it from the list and click on the “Process” button at the bottom of the window. 
  6. To delete a document, select it from the list and click on the “Delete” button at the bottom of the window. 
  7. To exit out of the Inbox, click on the “Exit” button at the bottom of the window.
