  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter transaction code SOLMAP in the command field of the SAP system. 
  2. Select the “Create” option from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the new solution map in the “Solution Map Name” field. 
  4. Select the “Add Component” option from the menu bar. 
  5. Enter a name for the component in the “Component Name” field. 
  6. Select a type for the component from the drop-down list in the “Component Type” field. 
  7. Enter a description for the component in the “Description” field (optional). 
  8. Select a status for the component from the drop-down list in the “Status” field (optional). 
  9. Click on “Save” to save your changes and create the new solution map with its associated components. 
  10. To edit an existing solution map, select it
