  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the SHR4 transaction code into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Shift Reports” option from the menu. 
  3. Enter any desired filters such as date range, personnel number, or other criteria. 
  4. Click “Execute” to view the shift report data. 
  5. The shift report data will be displayed in a table format with columns for start and end times, hours worked, overtime, and absences. 
  6. To export the data, click on “Export” at the top of the screen and select a file format such as Excel or CSV. 
  7. To print the report, click on “Print” at the top of the screen and select
