  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Log into the SAP system using your user ID and password. 
  2. Enter the transaction code SBWP in the command field. 
  3. The SAP Business Workplace will open in a new window. 
  4. You can now view your tasks, collaborate with colleagues, access important documents and information, and manage your workflows. 
  5. To create a new task, click on the “Create Task” button in the top right corner of the screen. 
  6. Enter the details of the task in the form that appears and click “Save” when you are done.
