    Overview:
    SAP transaction code SBI5 is used to delete InfoObjects from the SAP system. InfoObjects are objects that store data and are used to create reports and other documents. This transaction code is used to delete InfoObjects that are no longer needed or are outdated. 
    
    Functionality: 
    SBI5 allows users to delete InfoObjects from the SAP system. It can be used to delete single or multiple InfoObjects at once. The deleted InfoObjects will no longer be available in the system and will not be visible in reports or other documents. 
    
    Step-by-step How to Use: 
    1. Enter transaction code SBI5 in the command field. 
    2. Select the InfoObjects you want to delete by clicking on the checkbox next to each one. 
    3. Click on the “Delete” button to delete the selected InfoObjects. 
    4. Confirm the deletion by clicking on the “Yes” button in the confirmation window. 
    5. The selected InfoObjects will now be deleted from the system. 
    
    Other Recommendations: 
    It is recommended that users exercise caution when deleting InfoObjects as they may be needed for reports or other documents in the future. It is also recommended that users back up their data before deleting any InfoObjects, just in case they need them again in the future.
