  1. Enter the transaction code /SAPAPO/CDPS_GRPRULE in the command field of the SAP Easy Access screen. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new rule. 
  3. Enter the rule name and description in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Select the “Rule Type” field and choose either “Material Type”, “Material Group”, or “Plant” as the rule type. 
  5. Enter the appropriate values for the selected rule type in the “Value” field. 
  6. Select the “Save” button to save the rule. 
  7. Repeat steps 2-6 for each rule that needs to be created. 
  8. Select the “Activate” button to activate all of the created rules. 
  9. Select the
