  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code SA05 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to add a new name suffix. 
  3. Enter the name suffix and its description in the corresponding fields. 
  4. Select “Save” to save the new name suffix. 
  5. To change an existing name suffix, select it from the list and then select “Change”. 
  6. Make the necessary changes and then select “Save” to save them. 
  7. To delete an existing name suffix, select it from the list and then select “Delete”. 
  8. Confirm that you want to delete the name suffix by selecting “Yes” in the confirmation window that appears.
