  RTPB18 is a transaction code used in SAP systems to manage authorization types for the RPUS (Resource Planning and Utilization System). This transaction code allows users to create, change, and delete authorization types for the RPUS. 
  
  Functionality: 
  RTPB18 enables users to define authorization types for the RPUS. Authorization types are used to control access to certain functions within the system. For example, a user may be given access to certain functions but not others depending on their authorization type. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter RTPB18 in the command field. 
  2. Select “Create” from the menu bar. 
  3. Enter a name for the authorization type and select “Save”. 
  4. Select “Change” from the menu bar and enter the name of the authorization type you created in step 3. 
  5. Select “Authorizations” from the menu bar and enter the authorizations you want to assign to this authorization type. 
  6. Select “Save” when you are finished entering authorizations. 
  7. Select “Activate” from the menu bar to activate your new authorization type. 
  8. Select “Back” from the menu bar to return to the main screen of RTPB18.
