  Functionality: 
  RL23 provides users with a comprehensive view of documents in Ledger 3A. It allows users to view document details such as document number, document type, posting date, and amount. It also provides users with the ability to search for documents by entering specific criteria such as document number, company code, or posting date. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code RL23 in the command field. 
  2. Enter the company code for which you want to view documents in the Company Code field. 
  3. Enter the document type you want to view in the Document Type field. 
  4. Enter any additional criteria you want to use for searching in the Selection Criteria field. 
  5. Click on Execute (F8) to display the documents that match your criteria. 
  6. To view a specific document, double-click on it and it will open up in a new window. 
  7. To print a document, click on Print (Ctrl+P). 
  8. To exit the transaction code, click on Back (F3).
