  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code RECDFIXPER into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new fixed period. 
  3. Enter the start and end dates of the period in the appropriate fields. 
  4. Enter any additional information that is relevant to the period (e.g., description). 
  5. Select the “Save” button to save the period. 
  6. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen. 
  7. To edit an existing period, select it from the list and then select the “Change” button. 
  8. Make any necessary changes and then select the “Save” button to save them. 
  9. Select the “Back” button to return to the main screen. 
  10. To delete an existing period, select it from the list and then select the “Delete” button. 
  11. Confirm
