  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  1. Enter the transaction code REBDBU0014 into the command field. 
  2. Select the “Create” button to create a new role category grouping. 
  3. Enter a name for the new role category grouping and select “Save”. 
  4. Select the “Assign Roles” button to assign roles to users and groups in the BW system. 
  5. Select the roles that you want to assign and select “Save”. 
  6. Select the “Activate” button to activate the role category grouping. 
  7. Select “Yes” when prompted to confirm activation of the role category grouping. 
  8. Select “Back” when finished.
