  Overview:
  PY_OM_OMN_RP is a SAP transaction code used to generate an Omanization Report. This report provides information about the number of Omani nationals employed in an organization, as well as the number of non-Omani nationals employed. 
  
  Functionality: 
  The Omanization Report is used to monitor the progress of an organization’s Omanization efforts. It provides a snapshot of the current workforce composition and can be used to identify areas where more Omani nationals need to be hired. The report also provides information about the number of Omani nationals employed in each job category, as well as the number of non-Omani nationals employed in each job category. 
  
  Step-by-step How to Use: 
  To generate an Omanization Report, follow these steps 
  1. Enter transaction code PY_OM_OMN_RP in the command field. 
  2. Select the company code for which you want to generate the report. 
  3. Select the period for which you want to generate the report. 
  4. Select the type of report you want to generate (e.g., detailed or summary). 
  5. Click “Execute” to generate the report.
