  1. Enter the PV03 transaction code in the command field. 
  2. Select the employee or group of employees whose attendance list you want to replace. 
  3. Select the “Replace” option from the menu bar. 
  4. Select either “Create” or “Import” to create a new attendance list or import an existing one, respectively. 
  5. Enter the required information and click “Save” to replace the existing attendance list with the new one.

  It is recommended that users take a backup of the existing attendance list before replacing it with a new one, in case they need to revert back to the original version at any point in time.
